General Terms and Conditions of Samer Najjar
§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
(2) For the purposes of these terms and conditions, a ‘consumer’ is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are neither related to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
§2 Formation of a contract, storage of the contract text
(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of contracts apply to orders placed via our online shop https://www.webspace-electronic.de .

the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
Acceptance of the offer must be in writing or text form, or by sending the ordered goods within one week. If this period expires without acceptance, the offer is deemed rejected.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following provisions shall apply: The consumer submits a binding offer to enter into a contract by successfully completing the order procedure provided in our online shop.
The order process consists of the following steps:
1) Select the desired item(s).
2) Confirm by clicking the "Order" button.
3) Review the items in your shopping cart.
4) Click the "Continue" button.
5) Log in to the online shop after registering and entering your login details (first name, last name, email address, password, and date of birth).
6) Review and, if necessary, correct the entered data.
7) Add your delivery address and telephone number and confirm by clicking the "Save" button.
8) Select the shipping method and accept the terms and conditions.
9) Select the payment method
. 10) Submit your order.
Before submitting the order, the customer can review their information and correct any errors by clicking the "Back" button in their web browser. Alternatively, they can cancel the order process by closing the browser. We will immediately confirm receipt of the order via an automatically generated email (order confirmation). This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. Acceptance of the offer will be made in writing, electronically, or by dispatching the ordered goods within one week.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed via our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions by email. You can also view the terms and conditions at any time at https://www.webspace-electronic.de. You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account -> "History and details of your orders".
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices quoted include statutory VAT and other price components. Shipping costs may be added.
(2) The consumer has the option of paying by prepayment or PayPal.
(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he is obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch.
(2) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, we will not send the goods until payment has been received.
§5 Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

§6 Right of Return

Return policy
You can return the goods received within 14 days without giving any reason by sending them back. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form (e.g., letter, fax, email), but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before we have fulfilled our information obligations pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB) and our obligations pursuant to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 of the EGBGB. Only in the case of goods that cannot be sent by parcel post (e.g., bulky goods) can you also declare the return by submitting a written request for collection. Timely dispatch of the goods or the request for collection is sufficient to meet the deadline. In any case, the return shipment is at our expense and risk.

Return consequences
In the event of a valid return, both parties must return any goods or services received and any benefits derived from them. If the goods have deteriorated, or if benefits (e.g., usage advantages) cannot be returned in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us accordingly. You are only liable for compensation for deterioration of the goods if the deterioration is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning. "Ascertaining the nature, characteristics, and functioning" means testing and trying out the goods as is possible and customary in a retail store. Refunds must be processed within 30 days. This period begins for you when you send the goods or the return request, and for us upon receipt.
